At Rustic Pine Decor, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because our artwork is handmade and many pieces are created specifically for each order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Handmade Variations
Each Rustic Pine Decor piece is individually handcrafted using real wood. Natural variations in wood grain, knots, texture, stain absorption, and color are part of what makes every piece unique. Because of these natural characteristics, your finished piece may vary slightly from the photos shown on our website.
These variations are not considered defects.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom pieces, including custom sizes, colors, stains, designs, and personalized artwork, are created specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
We encourage you to carefully review all selections and measurements before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we do not accept returns, we want you to be completely confident ordering from Rustic Pine Decor.
If your piece arrives damaged or you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is the result of damage during shipping or an error on our part, we will work with you to make it right through repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
Order Cancellations
Because materials may be purchased and production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Color Disclaimer
We do our best to accurately represent the colors and finishes of our pieces online. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, wood grain, and natural variations in the materials.
