All Rustic Pine Decor pieces are handcrafted to order. Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Production Time
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your piece to be crafted before it ships.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Order Cancellations
After production has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify orders.
